Are Penis Itching And Ulcer In Tongue Related?

I face itching problem near the penis. I did consult a doctor and he gave me an cream and a tablet "tyza" , after that the itching was gone . Now i am facing the itching again . Plus this I have faced tongue ulcer twice in a month . the ulcer or pimple like structure fills up with pus . its very painful. Do these things have any relation. Age :29, Married, 70Kg
