Are Purple Streaks On Abdomen A Cause For Concern?

My 16 year old daughter noticed today that she has these weird purple streaks across her abdomen and it appears to be dry on the outside of all these lines which are squiggly and not straight at all. I'm worried because it looks like bruising and is definitely not stretch marks.
