Are Stomach Cramps And Lower Back Pain Indications Of Ovarian Cysts?

I have had the mirena for almost 3 years now. Have had previous ovarian cysts before mirena and with the mirena. The past couple days I ve been having stomach cramps and lower back pains, but today the pain hurts so bad I just curl up in a ball. It hurts to even touch my stomach or breath. Could this be another cyst?
