Are There Any Creams Available To Remove Moles?

Have you ever recommended a patient use one of the creams you can buy now, such as DermaTend, to remove a mole? If it really worked would you recommend it? I don't want to have a scar on my face for the rest of my life, but I don't want to do anything to harm my health or make matters worse. Leaving the mole is an option, and a dermatologist has confirmed it is non cancerous but may continue to grow. It is becoming embarrassing because it has grown so large on the side of my face. Surgery is expensive. Don't know what to do.
