Are There Any Side Effects By Taking Polypropylene For A Long Period?

I have been advised by my doctor to take a dose of Miralax everyday. I have parkinson s everything causes constipation. Can I mix up a week s worth all at once and then take a measured amount every day? Are there any side effects with long term use of Polypropylene glycol? thanks
