Are There Any Side Effects Of Taking Femara?

I'm on my first cycle of Femara (5 mg days 3-7). My typical cycle is 27-30 days, it is now day 33 and no period. I took an OTC test yesterday with negative results. I am experiencing a great deal of wet, milky discharge and have been for the last two weeks. I'm wondering if a prolonged cycle is typical w/ Femara, or if it causes either premature or delayed ovulation (prior to Femara OPK indicated that I ovulated around day 18). Also, is this discharge typical? Should I try another pregnancy test?
