Are There Any Side Effects Of Taking Tetralysal For Spots?

I've started taking tetralysal for a few spots I get on my upper back, I don't get any on my face at all really. It makes me furious, however I take a lot of protein powder as I am a body builder, will these two combined have any negative implications on my body? I've reduced my supplementary pills (vitamin pills etc) as to avoid taking too many tablets a day. I'm also exfoliating twice a day and I've noticed a difference but unsure as to whether or not its tetralysal or the exfoliating that's working. What do you advise for a nice clear back?
