Burned Skin Turned Yellow Due To Infection Or Ployfax Plus?

Hi, I need to ask regarding my father who is burnt in bomb blast. the degree level is 1 and body is 30% burnt inclusive of full face. Doctor did his D/D wash and ask me to use Polyfax Plus ointment daily. After using the oint the skin become yellow. Is that infection? or effect of Ployfax plus?
