Can HIV Causes Redness In My Face And Eczema On Hands?

Hello. I have a question about acute hiv infection and symptomatisk: 7 weeks after possible infection I have got redness in my face and exzema on hands. (I normaly Get exzema on my hands this time of year). I allso got something bothering my throath but no pain in throath or fewer. I got an hiv combo-test 5 weeks arter possible infection the test Was negative. Could this be hiv?
