Can I Get Normal Period And Conceive After Laparascopic Surgery?

hi im 24years and i married since 3years on last dec i got to know that im suffering from pcod because i have irregular periods i was on mediciations for 6months but nothing was cured so on june 6th i underwent for laparascopic surgery after that i waited for normal periods which was 3days late further doc given femilion mediciations for 3months now my tablet go over and my last peroid was on 30th sep. now should i wait for normal period or i try to get conceieve
