Can I Get Pregnant With Blockage In The Fallopian Tube?

i am 32 years old married woman trying for a baby for last three and a half years .previuosly i had thyroid problems but now i am completely cured.i had consulted dr .paresh sen.he performed HSG and detected that MY LEFT FALLOPIAN TUBE IS BLOCKED BUT MY RIGHT FALLOPIAN TUBE IS IN WORKING CONDITION.somebody suggested to consult dr.manju chakraborty wife of dr.baidyanath chakraborty.but the problem is i dont know her address.my question is:will i ever be able to conceive in future? from:DIPANNITA DAS.KOLKATA.
