Can I Take Norethisterone Along With Cerezette For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding?

I have been put on cerazette due to heavy bleeding during periods. I am coming to the end of first pack of pills but have been bleeding constantly for coming up 2 weeks. I have prescription for norethisterone - can I take this aswell as cerezette and would this stop bleeding completely. I had cervical scan and vaginalscan last week which I have been told were both normal. I am 47 years old and had blood tests to check if menopause was starting but these have come back normal. Was advised that thyroid is borderline and this is due to be re-checked next week. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you
