Can I Use Solu Cortef For Inflammation In Knee?

I have inflammation in the left knee. so far i was on Naprosyn 250mg along with OMETRAXOLE 20MG. sInc THIS MEDSICATION DID NOT help I GOT PRESCRIPTHON for 375mg. in 2 days I have a visit with this Dr, and hi said that hi wil trySOLU DORTEF is this right way to use all this meds.I
