Can Laxol Tablets Be Used To Relieve Constipation Due To Intake Of Anti Nausea Medication?

I am severely constipated due to taking anti-nausea medication and diazepam. I took two Laxol tablets last night and they did work but only a little stool was produced. Can I take another one this morning ? Here In New Zealand it is almost 10.30 am I took last night s does at 9 pm Thank you. Jo I have just seen that you have to pay - so no thank you!
