Can Lutera Cause Missed Periods?

I have been taking birth control for 5 years and have had my period everymonth but now I am having lighter periods (light spotting last month) and no period this month. I have been on Lutera for the last 3 years should I be worried or is that normal? I did miss 1 pill 2 months ago but the day I found out about it I caught myself up. Please let me know I don't want to worry if its nothing!
