Can Progesterone Tablets Cause Depigmentation?

hi, iam an ophthalmologist myself. i have autoimmune thyroiditis.now iam pregnant-13 weeks.i had 3 miscarriages before this around 5 weeks each.i m on susten injections, 100 mcg of thyronorm, tab duphaston 10 mg bd and susten tabs tds. i have recently noted depigmented macules on my skin, could this be because of progesterone? my serum progesterone is 37.3. tsh ultrasensitive is 0.655, ft4 is 1.2. kindly help me.
