Can A Girl Grow After Starting Her Menstruation?

My daughter is 14 1/2. Her height is 5'1" and her weight is 123 lbs. At her 2 year check-up she was 32" tall and pediatrician said her adult height would be 5'3" or 5'4" (Mom's height is 5'1" and Dad's height is 5'9"). She started menstruation when she was 12 yrs and 3 mths. Her pediatrician said since it's been 2 years since start of first menstruation she is done growing -- no x-rays had been taken. Her daily nutritional intake is well-balanced and she drinks two glasses of milk daily along with a teen multivitamin in the A.M.Question: Can she still grow to 5'3" or 5'4"? ( I've had moms tell me their daughters grew until 16 or 17 even after starting menstruation at 12.) Thank you.
