Can Abdominal Discomfort Be Due To Tietze S Syndrome?

hello, I am female in late 30s, mom of 3, have hard bony mass on top and to the right (my right) of xyphoid process. It is uncomfortable but not painful to palpation. Difficult to sleep as I cannot get comfortable. Occupation involves a lot of sitting, though I am not obese. Under significant stress, non-smoker/non drinker. Have recently suffered severe constipation though lump was found months ago. Also noticing mild upper abdominal discomfort. Could this be Tietze s syndrome?
