Can Adrenal Gland Lesion Cause Dizzy Spells & Speech Issues?

I am 40 yrs old, 5'4 weigh 127. I have been having dizzy spells for about 5 years now with nausea sometimes. I had a ACTH test done and it was 18.3. I have brain lesions so they suspect MS but they also suspect my adrenal glands. I have been on lots of prednisone in the last decade for allergies, sinus (due to fx of nose) and very mild Crohn's disease. Is it possible my dizzy spells, muscle pain and fatigue with speech issues could just be from adrenal glands?
