Can Antibiotics Cause Relapse Of Schamberg Disease Spots?

My 8 year old son has been diagnosed with schambergs disease when he was 18 months old. He has been "spot" free for more than 4 years. He recently had oral surgery and was prescribed lortab, he now has "spots" again. I have read that some medications can possibly be responsible for outbreaks. When he was 18 months old he was always on antibiotics and such for ear infections. Once he got tubes no more antibiotics, no more "spots"
