Can Anyone Give Information About Laproscopic Treatment For Bulky Uterus?

Respected Doctor,
I am a lady of 54 years (height 5'4", wt.80 kg). After my menopause of one and half years suddenly I found spotting for two days only just before 15 days . As per Doctor's advice I have gone through cytology test (report not come), and ultrasonography report shows as below .I dont want to go for open surgery...I have read that there is fibroid embolization or laparoscopic/lajer treatment ....if you kindly let me know that what treatment will be active and fruitful in this regard with less expenditure,in India where this is done and side effects etc....I will be happy enough. Expecting your early reply to remove my anxiety.

ultrasonography test report:-

Urinary Bladder:- Well distended urinary bladder is seen
with normal thickness smooth bladder wall.No

mass lesion or echogenic calculus is seen in the
anechoic lumen of the bladder.

Uterus & Cervix:- Bulky anteverted uterus is noted and
measures 13.8 cm in length,6.3 cm anteroposteriorly
and 7.6 cm in transverse diameter.
A large fibroid measuring 66 mm x 58 mm is
seen at fundus and body of uterus at anterior wall
displacing the midline endometrial stripe posteriorly.
A few small intramural fibroids are also
seen.Myometrial echotexture is heterogenous.Endometrial
thickness is normal and measures 5 mm. No abnormality is
noted in the cervix.

P.O.D:- No fluid is seen in posterior cul-de-sac.

Ovaries:- Both ovaries are small in size (no follicles
seen).
Right ovary measures 20 mm x 13 mm
Left ovary measures 20 mm x 20 mm.

Adnexa:- No mass lesion is noted in the adnexa.

Impression:- Ultrasound examination reveals bulky uterus
with fibroids as described.

this regard at the earliest.
