Can Bilateral Falt Feet Be The Reason For Pain In The Foot?

hi i am ravi gupta, male, 32 yrs, 5 feet 6 inch, 67 kgs. last few months i am suffering from pain in the foot when i wake up and start walking... even as well when i sit for quite some time and then i start walking i feel pain in the ankle and other parts of lower feet. i consulted a doctor here in patna, and he said that i have BILATERAL FLAT FEET. i had the medicine what he had given since a month but still very less relief.. pls help me and tell me what should i do...?
