Can Bleeding Be Cause To Miscarriage?

im 7 weeks preg, and its my second pregnancy, i miscarried 4 months ago, and was very upset. a week ago i noticed some blood and went to hospital and had a scan, doc said the sac had collapsed and that the preg might not survive,but it was too early to tell because its early stages. im booked in for an appointment tomro morning for a second scan. its a week later and im still bleeding, does this mean i,ll m/c
