Can Bumps In Vaginal Opening Indicate Herpes Outbreak?

I recently tested positive for HSV II. As of yet, I have not had blisters in my genital area. However, I noticed that I have bumps that look like warts inside the vaginal opening. Could this be a herpes outbreak or it is possible that I also have genital warts?
