Can Canesten Be Given For Painful Vagina Due To Possible Thrush Or Fungal Infection?
Hello, My three year old daughter is complaining of a painful vagina. I have taken her to see a local GP and she was prescribed canesten for assumed thrush. After having had a swob taken the results proved an apparent fungal infection for which Timodine was prescribed. I have already used the Timodine for two weeks and this seemed to solve the problem of the sore redness. It now seems to be back after having not used the cream for about a month. What should I do next?
