Can Cleansing Vagina With Anti-bacterial Liquid Cause Pain And Itching?

I have been using liquid anti bacterial hand soap off and on in the shower. Some days I would use Coast and then to smell like the scent of the hand soap I would use that. Never really thought twice about it, until now. I am experiencing pain and itching "down there" I have had one known yeast infection and what I am feeling right now kind of feels like that but there is no discharge. I have also experienced (knowingly) one UTI. From what I remember this feels way different from that. I was wondering if the soap I have chosen to use could affect me in such a way?
