Can Congestion In The Heart Area Be Due To Sleeping Only On The Left Side?

i am a lady aged 39 and i always sleep my left hand side which kinda put weight on my heart. I have since been diagnosed with hbp and my side often feels unpleasant and my chest is always congested by the heart area as if my heart is highly inflated and there is a need to deflate so that everything sits proper in my chest. I noticed that if i sleep on my right for a couple of days there is a bit of relief.
