Can Cyst In Ovaries Cause Pelvic And Lower Back Pain?

I am 43 years old and had a hysterectomy 13 years ago because of adnomiosis but I still have my ovaries. I had a transvaginal ultra sound 3 months ago that showed a cyst on my right ovary and more forming. They couldn't see my left ovary. I am in an extreme amount of pelvic and lower back pain. I have had constant pressure and pain for a month now. The pain is getting worse. I have bloating and feel the need to urinate a lot more. I have also been running low grade fevers for the past 5 days. I am scheduled for surgery to remove my ovaries in 21 days but I am afraid I won't last that long because of the pain. Could this be something more than cysts?
