Can Dandruff Cause Acne On Face, Back And Shoulders?

Hello Dr Prasad, I have had acne only during my periods, a few and they would go once the periods got over. However, since February I have started to have mild to severe acne, and it wont go, I have tried many products, I have them now growing on my back and shoulders too, do you think dandruff could be a cause? Or is it heat?There is no change in diet as such and my periods are regular.Please advise.
