Can Dettol Be Used To Clean Genital Area After Bleeding During Urination?

if it bleeds in the urine place then can i use Detol to clean or make it better. age is 12 height: N/A weight:n/a after i came to Luton from Bedford and after couple of month it started to bleed after i commenced the urination,so what could i do to make it better shell i use Detol to wash the private part?or when i do full bath shell i use the detol to make it better what do you think
