Can Dizziness Indicate Blackout Seizure, Have History Of Grand Mal Seizures?

i felt my eyes crossing and i had no control over them i became dizzy and very sick to my stomach felt like i was going to pass out but i didnt, i went to er room dr. act very uncaring like it was nothing also i have had seizures in the past and when this episode was finished i had the feeling that i have when i have a black out seizure ,i have also had grammal seizures years ago.i am 49 years old i am 5 foot 4 i am 300 lbs. and my blood pressure was very high at er room i am on several different meds for it, ot woll not stay down.
