Can Food Supplements Help Increase Complexion?

Hi I'm gwen 26yrs old 5'2" in height. Two months ago I was diagnosed of PTB Class3 and currently taking myrin forte as medication and notice a tremendous change in my complexion. I'm getting darker now. Im loosing my self confidence because of this. Can I take food supplement mosbeau glutathione capsules while under medication to achieve my previous complexion? I've tried using the capsules 3 months before I was diagnosed and it made my skin really rosy white. please help. thank you!
