Can Hydrocone/acetmenophen (to Subside Pain After Arm Surgery) Interfere With Xanax/ Zoloft?

I am currently taking xanax and zoloft...my doctor is weaning me off xanax..I am only taking half of a 0.25 in the morning and half at night...and a 50mg. zoloft at night...I recently had arm surgery and they prescriped me hydrocone/acetmenophen 7.5/325...I am concerned with taking it and the xanax and zoloft together...but I am in a lot of pain and I need it for pain....I get not get a hold of my doctor this weekend...
