Can I Conceive After Being Operated For Dermoid Cyst?

i have a cyst in left ovary. recent usg report suggested large complex cyst with septations low level internal echoes and reticulated pattern in the left adnexa- likely to be haemmorrhagic cyst. the cyst size is 4.7x4.5x5.1cm vol- 57cc. please explain is it complicated and what treatment should be done. previously i hv been operated for dermoid cyst in both overaris so size of ovaries are very very small in both. left ovary is almost not visible due to the cyst present now and rt. ovary is the residue of the previous surgery. can i conceive. i am 34 yrs old have a 6 yr old kid. waiting fr ur reply. thank u ruth
