Can I Use TCP For Fungal Infection On My Finger?

I have either fungi[ringworm maybe] or dermatitis under the 3rd finger of my right hand and been treating it with locoid ointment for a month but the nail still has a clubb shape. I also have jock itch and using daktarin for that which has reduced it. What do you reckon if I were to use tcp on my finger..would that kill the fungus?
