Can Letoval Regularize The Period?

hi doctor. i,m 25yrs female married for one and a half year. i have irregular periods. my doctor prescribed letoval for 3 months along with folvite tablets. i stopped taking it after 3 months. my date is 3th dec but i didn't get my period till now. am i pregnant or this is again irregular period?? does letoval regularise my period?? plz help me doctor. i want to conceive now.
