Hi. I'm a 16 year old female and I recently was told by my physician that my bmi is too low. My period is late right now and hasn't started yet. She said the fact that my bmi is only in the 25th percentile could cause me to miss periods. I'm wondering how I can help this and make my periods regular again and also how I can raise my bmi a little.
