Can Masturbating With A Vibrator Cause Lower Abdomen And Uterus Pain?

Hi, I have been suffering from several symptoms for about 4 months, after masturbating with a vibrator, no penetration. Lower abdomen and back pain , cramps, stabbing sensation, that sometimes went to my legs, pain under my back blade, a burning sensation before and when I peed I felt the urgency of going to the bathroom but when I got there I had to push, headache, nauseas, fatigued, chills, fever, my abdomen and legs and feet were swollen, I work sitting down so it was torture at work. I feel as if my uterus is on fire. I was having the symptoms every month usually after masturbation than every 2 weeks without masturbating. I was treated for UTI but the Doctors never really verified that it would be UTI. I have been taking antibiotic on and off for about 4 months and I am still getting the same symptoms. II have had 3 urine tests and they come out negative for UTI. I went to the Urogogist and he found nothing. I don't know what to do anymore or who to see this is depressing me. I can only cope with this pain when I drink alcohol and I am afraid I"m going to become an alcoholic. Please help me with an answer. Could it be PID? but how if I haven't have sex with a partner for 2 1/2 years. HELP!!!!
