Can Mature Follicles Get Released In Poly-cystic Ovary?

hello doctor, I suffer from Polycystic ovaries.. The doctor had prescribed Ovulet, metformin and folion .. i had been taking these medications regularly and I also got myself scanned for 5 day ovulation study.. on the 13 th day i was given a HCG shot and in the last day of the scan I had released 3 mature follicles.. Does this mean I still have polycystic ovary and I cant get pregnant.. ?? On my 19 th day i was prescribed with MIPROGEN,, are there higher chances of me getting pregnant and also when is it ideal to do a home pregnancy test if Pregnant???
