Can Movable Veins In Penis Harmful Effect Of Using Penis Pump?

I have been doing PE for a while now, and use a strecthing device. I just got a penis pump to try it out, I didnt over do it, but as soon as I took the pump off, the penis immediately went back to normal erection size. I noticed that a vein on the left side of penis was moveable, or I could shift the vein to the left and right. Is this bad? Was this a cause from the pump? Should I discountinue the usage of the pump? Thank you
