Can Multiple Birth Control Pills Be Taken As Plan B?

hello, I have been on Loestrin 24 fe for Birth control for 6 months now, I have missed two pills this month but not in a row, one about a week and a half and the other two days ago. I had sex two day ago and didn't use any other form of birth control. could I be pregnant and if so can I take my multiple birth control to act as plan B since I cant afford plan B?
