Can Notching Of Uterine Artery Cause Any Problem To Fetus?

Hi , i am 22 wks ,first pregnancy ,age 29.Today i have been told that the right uterine artery is notched. Please tell me how it ca affect my baby and me .And also what am i supposed to do now. I have been prescribed aspirin. do i need bed rest / frequent scans for the same.Is LSCS better option for my baby . Please help
