Can One Receive Pain Management With Pain Medication?

I went through a window and sliced my achilles tendon a few years ago. The mri states a repairative process with fibrosis around attendant it has severe atrophic change and inflammation on the T1 and T2 weighted coronal weighted axial and weighted sagittal images there is marked thickening with atrophic change and internal inflammation seen centrally in images. mri states the increase signal seems puzzling.
My question is can I receive pain management with pain medication because my pain is constant. It limits certian things and abilities. if so what pain medication might I received
