Can Ovarian Cysts Cause Abdominal Bloating, Stitching Pain In The Pelvis And Ribs?

My wife is 32 yrs. She had pragnency treatment last month. she was given a combination of clomid 100 mg and letroz for five days, she then went for the folicle study and the report showed multiple overain cyst in the left overy 8x6x5 cm. the physican gave her ciproflox hydr. 500mg, 1bd.for five days after medications the ultrasound report showed larger cysts 12x12x8 cm. we later went to a big hospital, there doc.said wait and watch and gave us appointment after one month. the patient is at home and having severe complications like abdomen bloting, stiching pain in the pelvis, severe pain in the left upper rib cage. Please suggest.THANKS
