Can Period Be Delayed Due To Fever And Cough?

i had my last period on 18th of september. after that period i dint have any kind of direct sex with my partner. whenever we were doing something both of us had our dress. there was never any direct contact of genitals. in october i was suffering from fever and sever cough. on 16th oct there was bleeding which was very light and lasted for just 1 day and there were no cramps before this bleeding(usually my periods are quiet heavy and i get cramps one and a half week before my period). i started getting cramps on 24th oct and it is still continuing. i think the last time we had unprotected sex was on 7th september(but we never did it, he never ejaculated or even penetrate. it was just rubbing of genitals).could i be pregnant or is it just that my period is delayed due to my medical conditions? my age is 21, wgt is 47kg, hgt 165cm
