Can Phyllode Tumors Be Come Back After The Surgery?

Hi, doctor. I am a 41-year old female, married, with no children. Recently diagnosed (Oct. 20) with a benign phyllode tumor in my right breast through a CORE biopsy. My surgeon does not really think it's serious and told me I could even wait for months for my surgery. I opted to have the surgery after Thanksgiving and just get over and done with. What is my prognosis? I am really worried, after reading articles on phyllode tumors. What are the chances that it would come back? What should I tell my surgeaon regarding the surgery?
