Can Protected Sex Cause Penis Itches And Discoloration?

Had sex five weeks ago with woman, unprotected oral, protected vaginal. 5 days later, I developed an itch, retracted by foreskin, and noticed a red spot on the left glans side of my penis. Didn't consult a doctor, and now it's just minor discoloration or brown spot. I also had jock itch prior to sexual encounter. Also, there used to be white flakes, just a little but not anymore. No pain except maybe a very small ache from time to time. What can this be?
