Can Shaving Over Pityriasis Rosea Leave Scars Behind?

Can I shave over pityriasis rosea?

I just was diagnosed with Pityriasis Rosea the other day & I am 18 years old. I'm going to Michigan & I was wondering if it is bad to shave over the Pityriasis Rosea rash because I have it slightly on my legs. It is not severe but will shaving over it on my legs leave scars?
