Can Surgical Treatment Get Rid Of Pimples And Acne In Private Parts?

hello sir,i have pimples(read head, pus white head) with painful acne in my private area also in under armpit...i think it's hidradenitis suppurativa...an it is also my scalp and face...i take lot of treatment for that (antibiotic tablets for a week course),(benzoyl peroxide soap),(shampoo) all are describe by dermatologist...but when i take antibiotic it's all control...i left that it become any surgical treatment is useful for me...
