Can Taking Duromine Cause Severe Body Aches And Pain?

Hello, I m a 38yo (f), 170cm & 85kgs - (Gross i know!). I have been taking Duromine 30mg for 6 wks now, without noticable negative side effects until just a few days ago. I am experiencing the most horrendeous body aches & pains which is not responding to over-counter pain relief. I use paracetamol & Ibuprofen only - as I am allergic to codeine, & asthmatic. I also take Lexepro for OCD/depression. The pain is severe, reducing me to tears -(I didn t even cry during child birth). I m aching EVERYWHERE!!! Knees, hips, back, ribs.... Is this due to Duromine use or possibly something else unrelated causing this excrusiating pain? I haven t over excerted myself in exercise (that I m aware of) & why now if I ve been okay on it for 6 wks?
